Alnmouth Travel and Weather Information

	Alnmouth Station, about a mile outside the village, lies midway between Newcastle-upon-Tyne and Berwick-upon-Tweed on the East Coast main line from London Kings Cross to Scotland. It is served by National Express, Virgin Cross-Country, and Northern Rail services.

Coach	National Express coaches run (once) daily between Newcastle-upon-Tyne and Alnwick, taking around 50 minutes.
Bus	Alnmouth is on Arriva Bus route 518 running between Newcastle and Alnwick. There are three stops in Hipsburn (including one at the top of the Station approach), one in Lesbury and three in Alnmouth. The service runs hourly in each direction and is generally very reliable. Travelsure also operate their 519 Service between Alnmouth Station and Alnwick during the summer season.
